Expression of MMP-2 and MMP-9 in Trophoblast of Different Week from First Trimester Pregnancy and Its Significance

目的:探讨MMP-2和MMP-9在早孕胎盘滋养细胞中的表达及意义。方法:通过免疫组织化学技术及West-ern blot技术检测早孕早期和早孕晚期绒毛组织中MMP-2和MMP-9蛋白的表达。结果:MMP-2和MMP-9蛋白主要定位在绒毛细胞滋养细胞和合体细胞滋养细胞胞浆内,绒毛间质细胞内亦有少量阳性染色,且早孕早期绒毛滋养细胞中MMP-2表达量高于早孕晚期(P<0.05),而MMP-9表达量在早孕晚期高于早期(P<0.05)。结论:MMP-2和MMP-9在调节滋养细胞浸润过程中起重要作用,且在早孕不同时期,二者表达不同,为深入探讨MMPs在滋养细胞浸润机制中的作用提供理论基础。

Objective： To investigate the expression of MMP-2 and MMP-9 in the placenta tissue from first trimester pregnancy and its significance. Methods ：Our research was detected the expression of the protein of MMP-2 and MMP-9 in early and late first trimester pregnancy by immunohistochemistry and Western blot. Results：MMP-2 and MMP-9 protein was located manly in the intracytoplasm of cytotrophoblast and syncytiocytotrophoblast and the villous stromal core as welt. The expression of MMP-2 were higher in early first trimester than in late first trimester （P〈0. 05）, and the expression of MMP-9 more in late first trimester than in early first trimester （P〈0.05）. Conclusion ：MMP- 2 and MMP-9 play an important role in the modulation of thophoblast invasion, and their expression is difference in difference stage of first trimester pregnancy, these provided experiment basement for deeply investigation action of MMPs in the mechanism of cytotrophoblast invasion.
