血必净注射液对严重脓毒症患者外周血T淋巴细胞亚群的影响

The effects of Xuebijing injection treatment on peripheral T-lymphocyte subpopulations in patients with severe sepsis

目的探讨血必净注射液对严重脓毒症患者T淋巴细胞亚群的影响。方法选择我院ICU严重脓毒症患者40例,随机分为对照组组和血必净组,每组各20例,观察患者治疗前后T淋巴细胞亚群包括CD3+、CD4+、CD8+、CD4/CD8比值的变化。结果两组患者免疫指标均有不同程度的恢复,与对照组相比,血必净组CD3+、CD4+、CD8+、CD4/CD8比值显著增加(P<0.05)。结论常规药物治疗基础上加用血必净能有效改善严重脓毒症患者的免疫功能状况,从而改善预后。

Objective The purpose of this study was to assess the effect of Xuebijing injectinn treatment on peripheral T-lymphocyte subpopulations in patients with severe sepsis. Methods A total of 40 severe sepsis patients were randomly divided into 2 groups： one group accepted routine medical therapy, the other group accepted routine medical therapy and Xuebijing injection treatment. Peripheral T-lymphocyte subpopulations was measured before and after 7 days therapy in each patient. Results Peripheral T-lymphocyte subpopulations changed after 7 days therapy in 2 groups （P〈0.05）. Compared with the routine medical therapy group,CD3＋ ,CD4＋ ,CD8＋ ,CD4/CD8 was higher in the Xuebijing injection group after 7 days therapy therapy （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Xuebijing injection treatment combined with routine medical therapy may improve immune function in severe sepsis patients.
