摘要 目的通过分析前列腺癌的声像图特点,以提高前列腺癌的超声诊断率。方法回顾性分析39例病理证实为前列腺癌的经直肠超声检查资料。结果根据病理结果分为4组,每组均有特征性声像图表现。结论经直肠前列腺超声检查对于前列腺癌的诊断具有较高的临床价值。 Objective To analyze the ultrasonographic features of prostate cancer in order to enhance the rate of ultrasonic diagnosis of prostate cancer. Methods Retrospective analysis of 39 cases of pathologically confirmed prostate cancer by transrectal ultrasound data. Results The results of prostate cancer according to pathologic results will be divided into 4 groups, each had a characteristic sonographic manifestations. Conclusion Transrectal uhrasonography for the diagnosis of prostate cancer has a high clinical value.
