摘要
喷淋泵是换流站换流阀冷却系统的重要组成部分,国内部分换流站在施工或运行期间喷淋泵坑遭受雨水倒灌,导致喷淋泵损坏或换流站停运的事故。通过详细分析±500kV深圳换流站和±800kV穗东换流站喷淋泵坑雨水倒灌的原因,指出外方设计的喷淋泵坑采用自流排水的方式存在缺陷,而应该在泵坑内设置集水坑采用抽排的方式排水,彻底杜绝雨水倒灌进喷淋泵坑。
Spray pumps are an important part of valve cooling system of a converter station. Some of the domestic converter stations suffered rainwater flooding, which caused the damage of spray pumps or even shutdown of the entire converter station. Here the cause of rainwater intrusion in ~500kV Shenzhen Station and ~800kV Suidong Station is properly studied and analyzed. It reveals that there is a defect of naturally draining in the spray pump pit, which designed by the foreign side. Drainage pumps are supposed to be used in the collecting sump of the pit in stead of draining simply by gravity. In this way, rainwater flooding in the spray pump pits could be completely put to an end.
