摘要
安全稳定控制系统作为电网安全第二道防线,对电网安全运行的作用极其重要。针对稳控装置控制逻辑多样性,外部二次回路的设计的繁杂性,需要对稳控装置的主要外接回路的分析,尤其对外接开入量和保护出口回路的详细论述,给出了典型稳控装置的外回路设计解决方案。
Safety stabilizing control system is second defence of power grid safety. It exerts important effects in safe operation of power grid. Due to the complication of its control logic, multiplicity of external secondary circuit design, it is necessary to analyze the external secondary circuits, especially to make profound description of the externals inputs and the protection outputs. Then a typical solution scheme for the external secondary circuit design of safety stabilizing control system is drawn.
