摘要 输电规划要同时兼顾安全性、可靠性、经济性和环保性,而规划区域的地理环境因素对输电规划的线路决策具有直接的影响,线路的选择直接影响输电规划的投资费用。通过分析输电规划与地理环境之间的相互关系,提出考虑地理环境因素基于元胞自动机的输电规划GIS路径决策方法。该方法引入了元胞自动机模型,利用该模型在规划的区域内确定输电线路所要经过的各个元胞,再确定输电线路走向,最终形成输电规划的路径。实验证明该方法的可行性和适用性。 Transmission planning should, at the same time, take into account the safety, reliability, economy and environmental protection, while the environment in the planned area directly affects the decision-making of lines, as well as, the choice of lines directly affects the cost of the transmission planning. Through analyzing the relationship between transmission planning and the geographical environment, meanwhile, the method of GIS transmission planning path decision-making on Cellular Automata with the environmental factors taken into consideration is proposed. Cellular Automata model is introduced in transmission planning, and then in the planned area, the various cells through which transmission line passes and the direction of transmission line are determined, finally the path of transmission planning is formed on this basis. The feasibility and the rationality of the proposed model are validated on a testing experiment system.
