摘要
目的观察压力负荷增加大鼠模型血浆血管紧张素Ⅱ(AngⅡ)及醛固酮水平的改变。方法采用腹主动脉狭窄法所致压力负荷增加大鼠左室肥厚模型,观察左室重量指数,采用放射免疫分析法检测血浆AngⅡ及醛固酮水平。结果模型组左室重量指数(LVMI)明显高于假手术组(P<0.05);血浆AngⅡ醛固酮(ALD)水平较假手术组显著升高(P<0.01)。结论压力负荷增加形成的充血性心力衰竭左室肥厚大鼠模型血浆醛固酮及AngⅡ水平是升高的;压力负荷增加大鼠左室重构的作用可能与血浆AngⅡ及醛固酮水平的上升有关。
Objective To study the relation between plasma angiotensin Ⅱ(AngⅡ) and plasma aldosterone (ALD) in rats with pressure overload. Methods The rat model with myocardial hypertrophy of congestive heart failure and pressure overload were established. Left ventricular mass index (LVMI) was observed. The levels of plasma Ang Ⅱ and plasma ALD were measured by radioimmunoassay. Results LVMI level of the model group was obviously higher than that of the sham group(P〈0.05). The levels of plasma Ang Ⅱ and ALD in the model group were obviously higher than that in sham group(P〈0.01). Conclusion The levels of plasma AngⅡ and plasma ALD in rats with congestion heart failure by pressure overload were increased. The mechanism of heart failure with left ventricular hypertrophy might be related with the upregulation of plasma Ang Ⅱ and plasma ALD.
