摘要
采用2×2因子设计(蛋白水平23%或17%,ZnO100mg/kg或3000mg/kg),选用21日龄断奶的杜长大三元杂交猪32头,体质量(6.3±0.4)kg,随机分为4组,每组设4个重复,每个重复2头猪,试验期4周。试验结束后,从每个重复中随机挑选1头试猪进行屠宰,收集结肠内容物。结果表明,玉米-豆粕型基础日粮中添加3000mg/kg饲料级ZnO,对高蛋白诱发的高腹泻发生率有极显著的抑制作用(P<0.01),这可能是由于高锌可明显降低结肠内容物挥发性盐基氮和氨氮含量(P<0.01),显著提高高蛋白日粮的胰蛋白酶(P<0.05)、胃蛋白酶活性(P<0.05)和CP表观消化率(P<0.05)所致。
This experiment was conducted to study the effect of different levels of dietary protein and zinc on protein putrefactive products in the colonic digesta and the incidence of diarrhea of early-weaned piglets. A 2 × 2 factorial arrangement was used,including two CP levels (23%or 17%) and two ZnO levels (100 mg/kg or 3 000 mg/kg). 32 crossbred piglets ([Yorkshire× Landrace] × Duroc), with an initial BW of (6.3 ±0.4) kg and weaning at 21 d of age,were randomly allocated to dietary treatments, with 4 pens of 2 each. After 28 days, four piglets in each treatment were selected randomly and slaughtered,the digesta of colon was collected. The results showed that diets based on maize and soybean meat with 3 000 mg/kg ZnO had an significant inhibition on high incidence of diarrhea which was caused by high level of CP(P〈0.01). It may be related to decreasing pH, contents of volatile basic nitrogen and the ammonia nitrogen in the colonic digesta(P〈0.01)induced by ZnO; improving activity of tripsin and apparent digestibility of CP of piglets fed high level of CP.
