摘要
两路合成式接收系统的噪声系数对各路增益的一致性要求很高。为保证测试和实际使用中噪声系数误差控制在合理范围内,结合理论计算和ADS软件仿真,得出两路增益差控制在±5%左右,噪声系数误差在±0.1dB左右。将此结论应用于工程设计中,取得了较好的效果。
For the noise figure of the two - channel combined receiving system, high consistency is required to the gain of each channel. In order to keep the noise figure within a rational range during the measurement and practical application, the difference between the two channels' gains should be controlled within about ± 5 %, and the error of the noise figure ± 0. 1 dB . The application of this conclusion in engineering design demonstrates a good result.
