SSTR-2、E-cad在原因不明复发性流产患者蜕膜组织中表达的研究

Investigation on the expression levels of SSTR-2 and E-cad in decidual tissues of patients with unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion

摘要 目的:探讨SSTR-2和E-cad在蜕膜组织中的表达及与原因不明复发性流产(URSA)的关系。方法:用免疫组化技术检测30例URSA患者蜕膜组织中SSTR-2和E-cad的表达与分布,并以30例正常早孕妇女为对照。结果:①对照组蜕膜组织中SSTR-2和E-cad均呈阳性表达,阳性染色分别位于蜕膜细胞的胞浆和胞膜,胞核多数无明显着色。②SSTR-2:蜕膜组织中阳性细胞平均光密度值URSA组为(79.45±1.19),对照组为(59.77±0.77),差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。③E-cad:蜕膜组织中阳性细胞平均光密度值URSA组为(64.05±1.78),对照组为(73.72±1.61),差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。④正常早孕组妇女蜕膜组织中SSTR-2、E-cad表达水平成正相关性(P<0.01),URSA组妇女蜕膜组织中SSTR-2、E-cad表达水平成负相关性(P<0.01)。结论:SSTR-2在URSA组中的高表达和E-cad在URSA组中的低表达,可能是UR-SA发病的重要因素之一。 Objective: To explore the expression levels of SSTR- 2 and E -cad in decidual tissues and the relationship between SSTR-2, E -cad and unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion (URSA) . Methods: The expression levels and distribution of SSTR-2 and E - cad in decidual tissues of 30 URSA patients were detected by immunohistochemistry, and 30 normal pregnant women were selected as control group. Results: In control group, the expression of SSTR - 2 and E - cad were both positive and located mainly in cytoplasm and cytomembrane of decidual cells. The average optical density of SSTR -2 positive cells in decidual tissues were (79. 45 ± 1.19) in URSA group and (59.77 ± 0. 77) in control group, there was significant difference (P 〈 0. 01 ) . The average optical density of E- Cad positive cells in decidual tissues were ( 64. 05 ± 1.78 ) in URSA group and (73. 724 ± 1.61 ) in control group, there was significant difference ( P 〈 0. 01 ) . There was a positive correlation between SSTR - 2 and E - Cad in control group ( P 〈 0. 01 ), while there was a negative correlation between SSTR - 2 and E - Cad in URSA group ( P 〈 0. 01 ) . Conclusion: The high level of SSTR - 2 and low level of E - cad in UR- SA group may be associated with pathogenesis of URSA.
