短程间歇全监化疗方案治疗涂阳肺结核已取得了满意的近期疗效和２年的远期疗效。为了进一步评价方案的效果，对治愈的６４９例涂片阳性肺结核病人进行了５年随访研究。５年中丢失２例，死亡６１例，外迁３例，实际完成随访５８３例，复发４９例，总复发率为８．４％，其中新发病人为６．４％，夏治病人为１０．１％。
