住院病人耐多种药物结核病146例成因分析

近年来，耐多药结核病（ＭＤＲ－ＴＢ）是结核病控制工作中的一个难题，已成为广泛关注的课题，是临床上十分棘手的问题，疗效差、痰菌阴转率低、传染期长、治疗费用高，可能成为难治甚至不可治的疾病，对结核病控制规划的实现亦构成严重的影响。本文就我院近３年的住院病人中耐多药结核病的情况及其成因进行分析。

In recent years,multi-drug resistant tuberculosis is a difficult problem in controlling pulocunary tuberculo- sis.It is becoming a widely concerned item and a trouble problem in clinic.Therapeutic effect is bad and sputum negative conversion rate is low.Infection period is long and treatment cost is high,All those make it become a hard to treat even in- curable disease.Furthermore,it seriously affects the reality of tuberculosis control project.In this paper analysis on the con- dition and causes of multi-drug resistant pulmonary tuberculosis cases in our hospital during past three years were given.
