摘要 针对智能化水电机组振动在线监测分析系统,利用PULSE分析系统对其进行定期的校准,以保证振动监测系统工作的可靠性。以广州抽水蓄能电站300 MW蓄能机组为例,用PULSE分析系统校准传感器及振动监测系统通道,对装置各通道误差、报警及保护动作值进行修正,保证了测量的准确性,降低了误跳机概率,是国内首次开展蓄能机组在线振动监测保护装置的现场校准工作。 With the periodic calibration of the on-line intelligent vibration monitoring system for hydropower units made based on the PULSE analysis system, the reliability of it can be ensured. Taking the 300 MW pumped-storage units of Guangzhou Pumped-Storage Hydropower Station as the studying ease, the sensor and vibration monitoring system channels of the units are calibrated with the PULSE analysis system ; from which the errors, alarms and protection values of all the channels of the de- vices are corrected, and then not only the measurement accuracy is guaranteed, but the probability of the trip error is also re- duced. This is the first time for the calibration of the on-line vibration monitoring devices made in situ for the pumped-storage units in China.
