四川凉山大桥水库漫坝风险管理与洪水资源化

Management of overtopping risk and flood resourcization for Daqiao Reservoir in Liangshan District of Sichuan Province

通过漫坝风险分析,对四川凉山大桥水库漫坝安全做出评价,并在确保水库安全的前提下,为了充分利用上游洪水资源,通过风险计算及分析比较,结合下游河道的泄洪能力、淹没范围等具体情况,提出了相应的水库优化调度方案,使水库在不增加任何工程投资的情况下,其调蓄能力可增加4 556万m3,可显著增加水库的经济效益和社会效益。

Based on the analysis on the overtopping risk, the safety assessment on overtopping is made for Daqiao Reservoir in Liangshan District of Sichuan Province, and then the relevant optimal operation scheme is put forward herein through the calcula- tion and analysis on the risk concerned with the combination of the flood discharge capacity and the submerged area of the downstream river channel for full utilization of the upstream flood resource under the premise of ensuring the safety of the dam of the reservoir ; with which the storage capacity of the reservoir can be increased with 45.56 million m^3 under the condition without any additional investment, furthermore, the economic and social benefits of the reservoir can be greatly increased as well.
