摘要
针对北京市日益提高的防洪压力,提出利用流域上游现状砂石坑滞蓄雨洪,一方面可以减轻下游干流的防洪压力,另一方面利用砂石坑滞蓄洪水,可以改善局部生态环境、补充地下水,从而构建生态型城市水环境,促进城市的可持续发展。文中对北京市南口砂石坑滞蓄雨洪的水文过程、效果等方面进行了研究。
Facing the pressure from the flood control on Beijing, the suggestion on the utilization of the existing sandstone pits within the upstream areas of the river basin is put forward ; with which not only the pressure from the flood control of the downstream main channel can be alleviated, but the local eco-environment can also be improved with the supplement of the groundwater by using the sandstone pits therein for flood storage and detention, so as to construct a water environment of eco-city and promote the sustainable development of the city. The hydro-process and effect of the flood storage and detention with the sandstone pits within the area of Nankou in Beijing are studied herein.
