摘要
采用MF-AC-NF工艺对邯郸市东郊污水厂二级出水进行深度处理,考察了操作压力和操作时间对纳滤膜运行状况和膜分离性能的影响.结果表明:当操作压力为0.4~0.7MPa时,膜通量随操作压力的提高而增大;出水电导率、有机物去除率随操作压力的提高先减小再增大,最低点出现在操作压力为0.6MPa时;出水细菌总数随操作压力的提高而减少,而当操作压力大于0.5MPa时,出水细菌总数基本没有变化;膜通量和CODMn去除率随操作时间的延长而减小.
The microfiltration-actived carbon-nanofiltration membrane(MF-AC-NF) was used for the advanced treatment of secondary effluent of Handan East Wastewater Treatment Plant to study the influence of operating factors on process of NF270 treatment wastewater.The experiment was carried out with the aim of reviewing the effects of operating pressure and operating time on permeation flux and separation performance of nanofiltration membrane.The results indicated that when the operating pressure was in range of 0.4~0.7 MPa,permeation flux increased as operating pressure gradually increased;conductivity and UV254 in effluent decreased earlier but increased latter when the operating pressure was gradually increased,and there was a minimum at 0.6 MPa,correspondly,the amount of total bacteria in effluent decreased earlier but remained after 0.5 MPa.With the operating time went on,the permeation flux and CODMn decreased.
