The increasing proportion of prescribed drugs has become one of the most problematic issues hospitals in China have to race. Ires article is based on the issue of increasing proportion of prescribed drugs; in connection with analyzing the cost for inpatient, as well as the existing problems occuring within the health insurance system, to analyse systematically the cause of rapid increase of drug costs. Based on the present situation, this article will find out the existing problems among the management for health insurance cost, and try to find an effective solution to the issue of health insurancecost.
