摘要
在组织绩效管理实践中,组织往往因为绩效考核方案的不足而导致绩效管理实施的失败,在企业管理实践中,很多管理者仅仅根据绩效考核的指标进行管理,从而导致整个组织管理的失败。本文从系统的观点出发,通过对组织面临环境的分析和诊断,尤其是对其影响因素的分析,设计出组织的战略目标,并根据组织的战略目标,设计出动态适应外部环境变化的组织绩效管理的系统,同时对绩效管理系统的每一个环节的具体实施做出分析。
In organizational performance management practice, organizations often led to the failure of the implementation of performance management because of the lack of performance evaluation programmer. Many managers based solely on performance evaluation of indicators. From the point of system view, through the organization of environmental analysis and diagnosis, in particular its analysis on the impact factors, the article designs organization's strategic objectives. According to organization's strategic objectives, this paper designed organization's performance management system adapting to dynamic changes in the external environment. At the same time this paper analyzes every asoect of the nerformance management svstem's specific imnlementation.
