作为物化有技术的生产设备在生产经营中起着不可估量的作用,生产设备的投资不仅有利于科技进步更有利于经济增长。改革开放三十年间我国经济与科学技术取得了突飞猛进的发展,但离世界发达的经济及科技大国仍相差甚远。其主因在于实体经济投资缺乏有效合理的引导,对生产设备投资力度严重不足,使我国不仅国民收入差距严重,更使我国科学技术水平严重落后国际先进水平。目前的经济结构与经济形势决定了我国必然要走追赶式科技与经济发展的道路,而追赶式发展最有效的方法便是加大生产设备投资的力度,从而根本有效地提高我国技术水平与经济实力。

As technology production equipments play an invaluable role in the production, the investment in production facilities is not only conducive to scientific and technological progress but also is conductive to economic growth. In the three decades of reform and opening up, China＇s economy and science and technology has made rapid development, but it＇s far from developed economies and scientific and technological power. The main reason is that investments in the real economy, lack of effective and rational guidance, and is serious shortage of investment in production equipment, making a serious income gap and behind the international advanced level in science and technology. The current economic structure and economic situation decide our country must catch up the technological and economic power, which effectively increase the intensity of investment in production equipment. Thus it will effectively improve the technological level and economic strength of China.
