Ideological and political education workers not only should create the propaganda to party＇s general and specific policies, but also consolidate or change the people regarding party＇s general and specific policies and concepts, causes them to display the aware motion in the correct manner foundation.University Communist Youth League works with the primary purpose with is making party＇s general and specific policies to penetrate into student＇s hearts. Therefore the research of manner theory and applying it in Communist Youth League work,affect university students＇ ideological concept, raise the audiences to party＇s general and specific policies affirmative attitude, and without doubt to it has very important meaning to develop well the work of CYL.
