Small Luan River hydropower development zone is located in Luan River watershed in Weiehang country. Hydropower resources of the watershed is rich , and the watershed has good geological conditions of the terrain. The project can not only store water power generation, but also play an extremely important leading role in agricuhure and industrial construction, irrigation, aquaculture, western tourism, eco-construetion and development for poverty relief.
