Study on Construction Project Sustainable Capability

本文将建设项目视为一个能自主利用各种资源的有机体,首先探讨建设项目可持续能力的概念及其特点,并就其生成机理过程构建了"金字塔"模型,介绍资源、能力集、建设项目可持续能力以及建筑企业可持续能力各层次的概念和相互逻辑关系。最后,分析如何培育和提升建设项目可持续能力,得出可以从建立协调机制、设置和完善管理制度以及促进信息沟通等三个方面达到目的。

Construction project sustainability is consistent with the current theme of sustainability in the country. In the first place, this paper considers construction as a organism which can make use of all kinds of resources independently. Secondly, it focuses on the definition and properties of construction project sustainable capability, and makes up the ＇Pyramid＇ model concerning the process of its birth. As seen from the model,there are the explanations for why they should be plaeed like this and logics between materials. At last, it takes a small step to analyse how to build and promote sustainable eapability, and in my opinion, it could be accomplished from the aspects of mechanism, institution and information.
