摘要
采用差示扫描量热仪和扫描电子显微镜研究了增容剂乙烯-丙烯酸-甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯(E-MA-GMA)的含量及共混时间对聚碳酸酯(PC)/聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯(PET)共混体系相容性和结晶行为的影响。结果表明:E-MA-GMA与PC和PET反应生成的接枝产物可改善两者的相界面作用,并产生一种特殊的发散丝状连接物,达到一定的增容效果;加入E-MA-GMA可提高PET的熔点和共混物的结晶温度。当混合时间为20 min时,增容效果最佳。
Effects of the compatibilizer ethylene-methylacrylate-glycidyl methacrylate terpolymer(E-MA-GMA) contents and the blending time on the morphology and crystallization behavior of polycarbonate(PC) and polyethylene terephthalate(PET) blends were studied by means of differential scanning calorimeter(DSC) and scanning electron microscope(SEM). The results show that the existence of E-MA-GMA has changed the interfacial interaction between PET and PC, and a special silk-like structure was formed with the conse- quence that the compatibility was improved. Moreover, introduction of the E-MA-GMA can increase the melting temperature of PET and crystallization temperature of the blends. Optimal compatibility can be obtained when blending time was set at 20 minutes.
