摘要
全球化对非西方世界的传统文化带来了极大的冲击与挑战,同时也带来了机遇。本文批判了对于传统文化的本土化全球化二元对立的错误思想,提出了对于传统文化应该采取"全球本土化"的策略。结合青春版《牡丹亭》的成功案例,具体分析了"全球本土化"策略是如何应用在传统文化革新的实践中的。最后,指出通过对传统文化的现代性革新,来实现传统文化与西方文化之间平等的对话和交流。
Globalization has brought to nonwestern local cultures unprecedented impact and challenge as well as opportunity for their survival and development. This paper criticises the wrongly conceived di- chotomy between localization and glohalization in terms of traditional culture and, instead, proposes a "glo- calized" approach to traditional culture, examplified by the classic Chinese Kunqu opera "Poeny Pavilion", newly staged both in China and abroad in a revised version. The author finally advocates an endeavour to achieve an equal dialogue and communication between tradtional Chinese culture, after being modernized in a "glocalized" manner, and western culture.
