摘要
介绍了轮毂轴承单元的力矩刚性定义、组成及测试分析方法,基于实例,给出了不同测试条件下的测试结果。分析结果显示:轮毂凸缘的力矩刚性与力矩载荷之间近似为线性关系,FEM分析结果与实测结果吻合很好;由两列轴承位移不同引起的轮毂轴承本身的力矩刚性是轮毂轴承单元整体力矩刚性的主要组成部分,不同结构形式的轮毂轴承单元的各部分在整体力矩刚性的比重差异较大。
The definition, composition and measuring analytical method of torque stiffness of ear hub bearing units are proposed, and testing results under different testing conditions are given based on examples. The results show that for the flange of wheel hub, the relation between torque stiffness and torque load is approximately linear. FEM analytical result and actual measurement show favorable consistency. The torque stiffness of hub bearing units caused by displace- ment difference between double row bearing, is one of the primary parts of torque stiffness for hub bearing units. Due to different types, there is some variation between torque stiffness in different sections of hub bearing units.
