用RP－HPLC法测定雌二醇控释贴片的含量。流动相为甲醇-水（75：25），检测波长为280nm，在10～60μg／ml范围内线性关系良好（r=0．9999），平均加样回收率为100．62％（RSD=1．43％）。

THE HPLC method for assaying estradiol controlled-release patches was reported.The mobile phase was the mixture of methanol and water(75.25).UV detector set at 280 nm.The linear rang was 10~60μg/ml.The mean recovery was 100.62%(RSD=1.43%)
