摘要
目的探寻治疗假性延髓麻痹的治疗方法。方法运用醒脑开窍配合项针治疗假性延髓麻痹123例,与单纯常规输液治疗组治疗123例进行比较。结果两组患者经治疗后症状与体征积分值均有明显好转(P<0.01)。洼田氏饮水试验疗效比较,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组评价拔胃管的天数比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论醒脑开窍配合项针治疗假性延髓麻痹有比较好的疗效。
Objective To seek a method of treating pseudobulbar paralysis. Methods One hundred and twenty-three patients with pseudobulbar paralysis were treated with brain-activating and orifice-opening acupuncture plus nape acupuncture. The results were compared with those of simple fluid infusion in a routine treatment group of 123 patients. Results The symptom and sign scores improved in both groups after treatment （P〈0.01）. A comparison of the therapeutic effects by the Watian＇s water drinking test showed that the effect was better in the treatment group than in the control group （P〈0.05）. There was a statistically significant difference in days for removing a stomach tube between the two groups after treatment （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Brain-activating and orifice-opening acupuncture plus nape acupuncture has a better therapeutic effect on pseudobulbar paralysis.
