针刺对神经根型颈椎病斜方肌肌张力的影响 被引量:12

摘要 目的观察和分析针刺对神经根型颈椎病患者斜方肌肌张力以及颈臂疼痛症状的影响。方法将符合纳入标准的72例患者随机纳入治疗组(针刺组)和对照组(颈椎牵引组),治疗10次,观察治疗前和疗程结束后斜方肌静息及最大自主收缩两状态下肌张力、颈臂疼痛评分。结果疗程结束后观察组在颈臂疼痛症状和静息状态肌张力RAUC、收缩状态肌张力AAUC的改善量与对照组相比,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论针刺能够有效改善神经根型颈椎病患者的斜方肌肌张力且对神经根型颈椎病有治疗作用。 Objective To investigate the effect of acupuncture on trapezius muscle tension and cervicobrachialgia in cervical spondylotic radiculopathy. Methods Seventy-two patients meeting the inclusion criteria were randomly allocated to a treatment group (acupuncture) and a control group (cervical traction) and treated for 10 times. Trapezius muscle tension at rest and during maximal voluntary contraction was assessed and the cervicobrachialgia score counted before and after treatment. Results Cervicobrachialgia and muscular tension at rest (RAuc) and during contraction (AAUC) improved more in the treatment group after the end of treatment; there were statistically significant differences compared with the control group (P〈0.01). Conclusion Acupuncture can effectively improve trapezius muscle tension in patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy and has a therapeutic effect on the disease.
