魔芋甘露聚糖对营养性肥胖大鼠的作用

Action of glucomannan in Amorphophallus rivieri Durieu on mutured obese rats

试验结果表明魔芋甘露聚糖（0．17～1．5g／kg吨）可降低营养性肥胖大鼠的体重，减少脂肪堆积，脂肪细胞的数量和大小，可使肥胖大鼠的血清甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白、血糖有所降低，提示魔芋甘露聚精减肥作用的机制之一是使其小肠绒毛膜的形态正常化，使亢进的吸收功能恢复正常。

The test results show that glucomannan in Amorphophallus rivieri Durieu (0. 17~1. 5 g/kg) can decrease the weights, lipopexia. number and size of lipocytes,the levels of serum triglyceride,high density lipoprotein and glucose of nutured obese rats.The anti-obesity mechenism of the glucomannan may be making small intestine intima be normal state and making their hyperpepsia recover.
