摘要
为研究轮对安装误差对行车安全性的影响,建立了具有轮对安装误差的车辆动力学模型.以某高速车辆在直线上运行为例,用此模型分析各种安装误差对行车安全性的影响.分析结果表明:轮轴平行度误差对行车安全性影响较大,应严格控制;对角线误差对行车安全性的影响较小.
To investigate the influences of wheelset misalignment on running safety of railway vehicles, a dynamic vehicle model with wheelset misalignment was set up. As an example of a high-speed train running on the tangent track, the influences of wheelset misalignment on running safety was analyzed by simulation. Analysis result shows that the influence of the parallelism error is significant, so that much care is necessary during installation; and that of the diagonal error is much less significant.
