摘要
为了研究工作载荷变化很大的抽油机的负载特性,为抽油机的节能运行提供理论依据,设计了一种抽油机负载模拟加载系统,重点介绍了该模拟加载系统的机械部分,且对该模拟加载系统进行了数学建模.模拟加载系统利用电机为驱动装置,磁粉制动器为模拟载荷加载装置,通过控制磁粉制动器的激磁电流,实现了对抽油机载荷的模拟加载.
To study load characteristics of pumping units whose working load changes greatly and to lay a theoretical foundation for power saving pumping unit, a simulated loading system of pumping unit is designed. This paper focuses on the mechanical part of the simulated loading system, furthermore,it establishes the system' s mathematical model. The electric motor is exploited as driving device and the magnetic powder brake as loading device, wherein, the exciting current of magnetic powder break is controlled to achieve the analog loading for pumping unit.
