摘要
给出了精密电主轴的结构原理图,阐述了其工作原理,并对该电主轴在装配时的一些关键工序进行了说明.阐述了轴承选用、油脂填充量、轴承锁紧、拉刀力、顶刀量和动平衡量,对电主轴在使用过程中出现的故障及如何排除故障进行了介绍,指出了装配电主轴关键工序的装配要点.
Schematic structure of a spindle is given in this paper. It illustrated the spindle' s working principle and some key processes in its assembly. How selecting bearing, ascertaining the volume of oil- filling, judging the lock of bearing, caleulating the power of pulling knife edge, measuring the volume of topping the knife and the dynamic balance volume during using the spindle are described in the paper. Simultaneously, how to troubleshoot the spindle during using the spindle is introduced in the paper and some key assembly processes are pointed out.
