摘要
肺部裂纹的检测是肺叶分割和重建的基础。提出一个肺部裂纹自动检测方法,利用局部自适应分割获得CT图像的线结构,使用线结构信息寻找裂纹的端点,应用动态规划算法在原图上检测出端点间的裂纹。实验证明该方法可以有效地自动检测裂纹。
Detecting lobar fissures is elementary ingredient of segmentation and construction of lung lobe. This paper presents an efficient algorithm for automatic segment lobar fissures. A local adaptive segmentation identifies linear structures of lung CT image. Based on skeletons of the linear structures,the endpoints of the fissures are attained. The dynamic programming detects the fissure between the endpoints. The validation of the proposed method is proved through the experiments.
