西宁市3～12岁儿童Hb—SFEP测定值的相关分析

INTERRELATION ANALYSIS OF ASSAY TITER OF Ha AND FEP AMONG 3-12 YEARS OLD CHILDREN IN XINING CITY

本文通过对西宁市462名3～12岁儿童Hb及FEP二项值的测定，发现用全国建议的西宁折算标准来判断本组儿童的贫血患病率为51．70％，其中非缺铁性贫血竟高达44．4％。因此，建议为解决我国不同海拔高度地区血红蛋白低限值的标准制定，必须对所测样本作出严格的统一要求。

Through survey of 462 cases of 3-- 12 years old children in Xining city with examinationof Hb and FEP according to the standard suggested for the Nation, we have found that mor-bidity of anemia in children was 51. 70%. Among the data, without anemia of iron deficiencyas high as 44. 4%. Therefore, we suggest to formulate standards of Hb for the people wholive at different sea level area. The specimens of examination should be standardized.
