高原乏氧及铁缺乏对儿童体格及智能发育的影响

摘要 为了解高原乏氧及铁缺乏对儿童身心发育的影响,对195例亚高原和233例高原城区儿童进行体格发育、智能发育筛查(DDST)、红细胞内游离原卟啉(FEP)及血红蛋白(Hb)等调查和对照研究。结果显示:(1)两组儿童体重和身高Z分较平原参照人群(1985年中国九市城区儿童)呈不同程度降低,其中以身高Z分的降低更为显著,随年龄段升高亚高原组两Z分逐渐向参照人群靠近,而高原组无此趋势。(2)FEP与儿童身高Z分呈负相关,DDST结果异常或可疑者FEP水平高于正常者。(3)本文高原组FEP水平及贫血患病率明显高于亚高原组,其随年龄的变化在两组间亦有差异。提示:高原乏氧和铁缺乏对儿童发育的不利影响,本文资料示随海拔升高而趋于明显。因此,对不同海拔地区儿童采取相应的保健措施,重视对铁缺乏的防治,是促进高原儿童身心发育的重要手段。 For the purpose to understand the influences of high altitude hypoxia and iron deficiencyon physical development and mental condition of children, a study on two groups of childrenwas carried out. One group of children(195 cases) of lower plateau was from Xining regionand another group of children(233 cases) was from high towns. The study included growthand development of children, DDST, FEP and Hb.Results showed: (1)The two groups were reduce of ZL in vary degree respectively (onbody height and length), compare with data of children who live near sea leval (consult thedata of children in Chinese nine cities, 1985). Specially ZL(body length) was remarkable. ZLof lower plateau group close to the consult data(above mentioned) gradually along with theage increase, but the high altitude group was not so remarkable. (2)ZL showed negative in-terrelation between FEP and length; FEP level of the children(DDST was unusual or dubi-ous) higher than the level of normal children. (3)FEP level and anemic disease incidence ofplateau group higher than lower plateau group obviously,two groups showed different withthe age changed.All of above -- mentioned showed:high altitude anoxia and sideropenia became un-favourable influence for children's development more and more obviously with the sea levelheight getting higher. So, it is a important medium to take crrespondent health measure andpay attention to prevention and treatment of sideropenia for promote body and intelligence ofchildren who live on different sea level height area, specially live on high altitude area.
