摘要
环境犯罪愈演愈烈的思想根源是近代人类中心主义,现实根源是经济利益至上,法制根源在于立法、执法、司法的不完善。只有从源头上切除环境犯罪的根源,才能遏制环境犯罪。
Modern anthropocentrism, excessively pursuing profit, the faultiness of legislation,law enforcement and judicature are the roots of ecological crime in the aspect of thinking, reality and law system respectively. Ecological crime could not be held back but cut- ting the root from the origin.
