摘要
本文通过亚高原地区81例正常足月新生儿血红蛋白(Hb)及红细胞内游离原卟啉(FEP),测定分析结果表明:新生儿原卟啉的正常值与幼儿无显著差异,新生儿血红蛋白的高低反映出FEP的多少,新生儿体内铁的含量主要取决于血容量与血红蛋白的浓度。由于高海拔地区缺氧因素,出现血红蛋白反馈性增高。现将其测定分析的结果报道如下:
Through analysis of hemoglobin(Hb) and free erythrocyte protoporophyrin (FEP) of 81normal neonates, it shows that the FEP normal value of neonates as compares with youngchildren no obvious difference. Content of FEP is relfexed by content of neonatal Hb. Con-tent of iron in newborn's body depends on blood volume and concentration of Hb.Hemoglobin value increase in feedback due to hypoxia at high altitude area.
