高校图书馆主要依赖网络资源为远程开放教育学习者进行信息资源及学习资料的传播,从而发挥其在远程开放教育中的作用,此外,图书馆还应积极发挥其规范约束的功能,为建设良好的远程教育奠定基础;搞好信息化建设,满足学生自主学习的需求。
Library of college plays its role by depending on intemet resources to broadcase learning materials for the learners with long - distanced open education. Library should carry out its function of regulation and restraint, make a solid basis for constructing good long - distanced education, better the construction of information to meet the needs of autonomous study of students.
