电子口岸公共服务采纳影响因素的实证研究 被引量:3

摘要 公众对电子政务公共服务的采纳应用是电子政务成功的关键。以TOE模型为指导,构建了电子口岸公共服务采纳影响因素的理论模型,并利用问卷调查获得的数据对模型进行了实证检验。研究结果发现,影响电子口岸服务采纳的因素有认知有用性、认知易用性、管理准备度、政府压力、竞争压力等。基于研究结论提出了提高电子口岸采纳水平的建议。
