关于客户价值创造的前置条件的研究

摘要 研究的目的是理解在取得成功市场绩效的条件下,企业客户价值创造的前置条件。提出了客户价值的概念模型,如新产品的开发、关系意识、弹性需求都会影响到客户价值,进而影响市场绩效。数据来源于东北102家企业,结果表明支持概念模型中提出的假设。
