小儿急性白血病血清丙二醛含量和锰超氧化物歧化酶活力的检测和临床意义 被引量:3

摘要 本文测定了41例急性白血病(AL)患儿在发病初期、部分缓解期及完全缓解期血清丙二醛(MDA)含量及猛──超氧化物歧化酶(Mn──SOD)活力,并与21例正常儿童进行对比分析,发现血清MDA含量在发病初期明显升高(P〈O.01),部分缓解期有所下降,完全缓解期接近正常水平(P>0.05)。Mn──SOD活力在发病初期则明显下降(P<0.01),部分缓解期有所回升,完全缓解期呈继续上升趋势,但尚未达正常水平(P<0.05)。本研究提示自由基──脂质过氧化参与了小儿AL的发生、发展;Mn──SOD活力改变与肿瘤形成有密切关系;血清MDA与Mn──SOD的动态观察有利于了解疾病的转归。 Serum MDA and Mn-SOD activities levels in 41 acute leukemia children are measured at acute stage.the partcal remission stage, the complete remission stage and compared with the 21 normal controls. According to the results, the concentrations of serum MDA at acute stage of leukemia are significantly higher than that in normal subjects and it begin to decline at the partcal remission stage and recover to the normal range at the complete remission stage. Mn-SOD activities at acute stage are significantly lower than that in normal contrls and it begin to increase at the partcal remission stage and continue increasing at the complete remission stage,but still lower than that in normal controls. These results suggest that radical-lipid peroxidation plays an important role in the occurence and the development of the childhood acute lukemia. The changes of the Mn -SOD helps understanding the ehang of the disease.
