结晶助剂CGM——对晶种分解的作用

铝酸钠溶液的晶种分解是拜耳法生产氧化铝的关键工序之一,它不仅影响产品氧化铝的数量和质量,而且直接影响循环效率及其他工序。本文介绍了在晶种分解过程中加入表面活性剂——CGM结晶助剂——可有效地改善产品的粒度、强度,提高分解率,同时减少分解槽液面上的泡沫。

Crystal seed precipitation of sodium aluminate solution is one of main process in Bayer process alumina production, since it will affect not only the quantity and quality of alumin, but also the efficiency of circulation and other processes. The paper presents crystal growth modifier （CRM） which may effectively improve the particle size, strength of product and the yield rate and reduce the bubbles on the liquid level in the precipitator when CGM is added into precipitation process.
