摘要
研究了热处理工艺对Mg-Nd-Gd-Zn镁合金性能的影响。结果表明,采用适当的热处理工艺可细化镁合金的显微组织,并改善镁合金的机械性能。在200℃/2h热处理,会提高合金硬度;在热处理工艺为530℃×2 h空冷或淬火后再热处理200℃×2 h的情况下,合金的显微硬度与抗拉强度显著提高。
Effect of heat treatment process on the microstructure and properties of Mg - Nd - Gd - Zn alloy were investigated. The results show that appropriate heat treatment may refine the microstructure of the alloy, and improve its mechanical properties. The optimum heat treatment process of Mg - Nd - Gd - Zn alloy is 530℃ for 2 h and then aging at 200℃ for 2 h. After heat treating, the alloy possessed better micro - hardness and tensile strength.
