交联壳聚糖树脂对扇贝裙边酶解液中镉的脱除研究 被引量:14

摘要 以壳聚糖为原料,分别添加不同量的茶多糖、硝酸铈铵及氯化锌,制备壳聚糖(CTS)、壳聚糖铈(CTS-Ce)、壳聚糖茶多糖铈(CTS-TPS-Ce)、壳聚糖茶多糖(CTS-TPS)和壳聚糖锌(CTS-Zn)等5种不同类型的树脂。研究这些树脂对扇贝裙边酶解液中重金属Cd的脱除作用,并分析其对蛋白质、氨基酸、锌(Zn)、铁(Fe)、钙(Ca)及镁(Mg)等有益成分的影响。结果表明,CTS-Zn树脂对扇贝裙边酶解液中的Cd的脱除率达80%以上,对蛋白质、氨基酸及人体有益的微量元素如Fe、Zn、Ca和Mg等影响较小。 In this paper,chitosan was used as raw material for preparing the five kinds of cross-linked chitosan resins, chitosan resin (CTS), ehitosan bound Ce resin (CTS-Ce), ehitosan-tea polysaccharide bound Ce resin ( CTS-TPS-Ce), chitosan-tea polysaccharide resin (CTS-TPS) and chitosan bound Zn resin (CTS-Zn). The effects of the different kinds of chitosan resins on the removal of Cd from Chlamys ferrari skirt border enzymatic hydrolysate were studied and their effects on the beneficial ingredients such as proteins, amino acids and trace elements (Zn, Fe, Ca and Mg ) were analyzed. The results indicated that CTS-Zn was useful for the removal of Cd from Chlamys ferrari skirt border hydrolysate and the removal rate was more than 80%. In contrast,the adsorption effects of CTS- Zn on proteins, amino acids and the trace elements were less than that on Cd.
