The paper described the developmental status of China＇s phosphorus chemical industry, analysed constraints effected the development of phosphorus chemical industry, made some proposals, put forward the idea of deep processing and refinement, furthermore, developmental concept of circular economy and green technology which promoted the development of phosphorus chemical industry were considered to be the only way to develop China＇s new chemical.
