水基金属清洗剂的研制

Development of the Aqueous-base Metal Detergent

文章配制的水基金属清洗剂是合成洗涤剂的一种,主要用于金属外表面的清洗。在配制过程中,根据其大概组成成分用正交设计法配出了几十种配方,严格按照美国标准MIL-C-87937B(1994)为要求,分别进行不溶物,乳化性,残留物,清洗效率,低温稳定性,高温稳定性等性能的检测。实验结果表明,部分配方不仅符合上述标准,而且还具有高效,防蚀,常温使用,无毒性等性能,具有较高的使用价值。

What was developed in the subject was an aqueous-base metal detergent. It was one of the synthetic detergents and mainly used in the cleaning outside surface of thc metal. In the preparation, several dozens of formulas were developed according to its component with the orthogonal design. In strict accordance with American standard MIL-C-87937B （1994）, the insoluble substance separately, the emulsibility, the residuum, the clean efficiency, the low temperature stability, and the high temperature stability performance examinations were carried on. The results of the experiment showed that some formulas not only coincide with the requirements of the American standard MIL-C-87937B （1994）, but also had high efficency, antispsis, normal temperature usenon, toxicity and high use value.
