摘要
文章采用化学氧化聚合法成功地合成了纳米枝状聚苯胺,该方法简单,反应条件温和。通过透射电子显微镜(TEM)、傅立叶变换红外光谱仪(FTIR)和X射线衍射(XRD)等方法对产物的形貌和晶相进行了表征;循环伏安实验表明纳米枝状聚苯胺修饰电极对抗坏血酸有优异的电催化活性,与裸玻碳电极相比,抗坏血酸的氧化峰电位负移0.263 V,氧化峰电流增大46%;抗坏血酸浓度在1.0×10-5~0.1 M范围内呈良好线性关系,最低检测限为1.0×10-6 M。
The paper described the successful fabrication of nano-dendrite-like polyaniline by the chemical oxidation polymerization method, which was simple and gentle. Through transmission electron microscope (TEM), Fourier transform IR (FTIR) and X-ray diffraction (XRD), the morphologies and structure of dendrite-like polyaniline were characterized. The cyclic voltammetry experiments showed that the nano-dendrite-like polyaniline modified electrode expressed an excellent activity of electrocatalysis on ascorbic acid (AA). In comparison with the bare glassy carbon electrode, the oxidation peak potential of AA was negatively shifted 0.263 V and the peak current of AA increased 46 % at the nano-dendrite-like modified electrode. The oxidation peak current was linearly dependent on the concentrations of AA in the range of 1.0×10^-5~0.1 M, with the detection limit of 1.0×10^-6 M.
