摘要
本文测定28例小儿再生障碍性贫血外用血T淋巴细胞亚群以及血清可溶性白细胞介素α受体（SIL－2R）。结果显示CD3、CD4以及CD4／CD8显著低于正常对照（P＜O．O1），SIL－2R显著升高（P＜O．01），CD8与对照组比较无显著性差异（P＞O．05）。提示小儿再生障碍性贫血患）儿细胞免疫功能紊乱，为临床应用免疫疗法提供依据。
T-cell group and SIL-2R in 28 children patients with aplastic anemia were detected. The results show that CD3, CD4 and CD4/CD8 as well as SIL-2R are significantly low in comparision with the control group. However, CD8 is not significantly difference. It is suggested that cellular immune function in children patients with aplastic anemia are disordered and we must pay attention to improve the immune function of the patients.
