石化一厂循环冷却水系统清洗预膜报告

Report on Cleaning and Prefilming in the Circulating Cooling Water in CNOOC Energy Technology & Services Limited

介绍中海油能源发展股份有限公司石化公司石化一厂循环冷却水新系统开车前清洗预膜的过程,清洗剂采用复合有机酸进行清洗,避免在进行清洗时,对新系统产生腐蚀。预膜剂选用传统配方复配在一起进行应用,避免药剂分散不均匀。通过清洗预膜过程关键指标的控制,换热设备的清洗预膜取得了良好的效果,对于新系统开车后碳钢设备的腐蚀起到很好的防护作用。

The paper introduced the process of cleaning and prefilming in circulating cooling water system before start-up in CNOOC Energy Technology ＆ Services Limited. The cleaning agent uses organic acid to protect the new system from corrosion during the cleaning process. The pre-filming agent applies compounds with the traditional formula to avoid uneven dispersion. Controlling of key-indicators during cleaning and prefilming process, we achieved good results of heat exchangers, and the protective effect on carbon steel equipments during producing for the new system.
