基于冻融-挤压处理的凹凸棒石黏土晶束解离 被引量:11

Super-dispersion Technology of Palygorskite Ore Based on Freeze-Thaw Processes

摘要 对于高长径比的凹凸棒石黏土,低成本晶束解离是凹土技术产业化的要求.将冻融和挤压工艺相结合,对3种典型的凹土矿进行了凹土增黏和提纯的相关研究.结果表明,冻融-挤压处理可低成本实现凹土晶束解离,低温速冻(-20~-30℃)有利于提高晶束解离效果,冻融-挤压处理对硬质高黏凹土的晶束解离效果是单纯挤压的2.2倍,冻融-挤压处理协同分散剂六偏磷酸钠提纯白云石凹土,纯度高达95%,收率为常规提纯方法1.7倍. For the palygorskite with large length-diameter ratio, the mass-production of cost effective super-dispersion is a key. To combine freeze-thaw with extrusion treatment, the relative studies were completed for three local palygorskite ores. The experimental results show that this technology is able to realize effectively the super-dispersion of palygorskite ore. Low temperature of -20--30 ℃ is preferred for this treatment. The dispersion effect of the treatment with freeze-thaw process was about 2.5 times that with simple extrusion. The technology aided with the sodium hexametaphosphate dispersant can purify palygorskite ore with high purification of 〉 95% and high yield of 1.7 times that with conventional purification method.
